1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    • Be unused and in its original condition.

    • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items without original packaging or tags.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Perishable goods or hygiene-related products (if applicable).

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products, subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
