  • In case of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 7-10 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 10-15 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing tracking details. You can use these details to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ShopZiva is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

8. International Shipping

Currently, ShopZiva ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
